About me
Building bridges between generations and the future
From the Allgäu to the world - and from the present to the future. My path has taken me via stations such as Auckland, Bremen, Hamburg, Kuala Lumpur, London and the Netherlands directly to the heart of digital and social transformation. As an industrial engineer, Master of International Business and one of the youngest consultants at Audi AG, I combine technological precision with a deep understanding of human dynamics. I also teach as an international guest lecturer at various universities.

The future needs experience and curiosity

International experience and proven practiceI combine years of experience from working with international corporations such as Airbus, Boehringer Ingelheim, TE Connectivity, Fraport and Volvo with an early understanding of modern working environments. In projects for global brands, I was able to gain valuable experience in system optimization and team development. The Customer Value-Based Model I developed in 2005 continues to shape me today. Even back then - long before „New Work“ became a trend - my focus was on how we could sustainably improve collaboration in the „Future of Work“ and customer value.
Sound research: As co-founder of the Institute for Generation Research As a PhD student at Middlesex University London, it is important to me not only to observe trends, but also to understand them scientifically and to develop future scenarios on this basis. I am currently working intensively on human enhancement and sustainability. Through my research at the Institute for Intergenerational Research, I am keeping up with the key questions of our time: How do we combine technology, sustainability and people?
Orientation in change: My aim is to make the complex relationships between new technologies (AI, robotics) and broad trends such as NBIC convergence and their influence on social change understandable and to show how they will shape the everyday lives of different generations (Gen Beta to Gen Z).
Generational research meets futurology
Good future design with generational differences is like a precise painting: it requires an eye for the big picture and precision in the details.
Hartwin Maas
Based on our comprehensive studies on Gen Alpha and Gen Z at the Institute for Generational Research, I can help you to complete this picture step by step on the basis of facts in order to obtain a differentiated picture of possible futures and create a reliable basis for decision-making.
Let's build bridges between generations together and see the technological possibilities of tomorrow as an opportunity. Are you ready for the next chapter?
